A seasoned operation executive with over 15 year’s experience in high tech manufacturing for companies such as C-MAC (Solectron), Positron and Kontron. Steve has a strong record of success developing strategic initiatives, optimizing global operations, driving organizational change and implementing LEAN through leadership and motivation. During his 10 years at Kontron Steve was a key member of the global operations team holding different executive level positions and managing operations in Canada, the US and in Europe. Steve holds a degree in electrical engineering from l’École de technologie supérieure.
