Camille brings more than 25 years of experience in organizational development, skills and leadership development as well as human resources management. During her professional career, she has acted as vice-president, consultant and lecturer at the University, allowing her to approach situations from different perspectives. Versatile, she has worked over the years in SMEs and large companies operating in multiple industries: technological, manufacturing, tourism, retail, and has been able to offer innovative and adapted solutions. Enriched by the place she already occupies on two boards of directors; Camille brings to the organization a strategic vision focused on talent and results.






A technology visionary and architect, Terry has been facilitating the adoption of market leading embedded systems technologies in IIoT and graphic/touch HMI for over 35 years. Terry’s passion is the relentless pursuit of collaborating to create amazing, embedded solutions. As the first employee of RIM in the late ‘80s, he incubated technologies leading to the first BlackBerry®. More recently at Intel, Microchip, and as the founder and CEO of venture-backed Serious Integrated, Terry created and delivered breakthrough innovation and customer differentiation through a wide variety of IIoT/HMI technologies. He holds an Honours BMath in CS/EE from University of Waterloo and has designed over 100 embedded systems across more than a dozen architectures from 6502 to Multicore ARM® Cortex® A and has programmed over 1MM lines of embedded code.

Vivek Seth has more than 29 years of corporate finance and real estate experience and has completed transactions in excess of $110 billion. He is the Co-Chairman of Namakor and founder and Managing Partner of Sunsar Capital Management. Most recently, Vivek served as the Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Raymond James and prior to that was the Managing Director, Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group after founding the group in August 2001.
Throughout his career, Vivek has been instrumental in the formation and growth of several high quality, private and public companies, primarily in the real estate arena and has been involved in over 30 as lead banker or advisor since 1992. Vivek remains passionate about partnering with high quality, growth-oriented executives/sponsors, owners & operators to create the next generation of leading companies. He currently serves as board member/advisor on several emerging growth companies including E-Line Media and Engineer.AI.
Vivek received a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

As a former member of the Control Management team at Bombardier Transport and Vice-President of Johnvince Foods, Stéphane Huot is the executive vice-president of the board of Termaco, e2ip technologies and GelPac Inc., Canadian companies that have experienced exceptional growth under his leadership. This operation professional ensures that the business reaches its full potential.
One of Stéphane’s key strengths is knowing how to to build a strong team and managing to put forward the skills and synergy of his teams to optimize productivity and performance.
Recognized by his peers for his keen sense of analysis and innate talent in the art of developing strategies that will play an essential role in the growth of a business, Stéphane Huot has a diploma in administration from UQAM. Throughout the years, he gained solid experience in management, finance and operational control.


Mario Tougas has over 30 years of experience in the Quebec manufacturing industry.
A passionate business manager, he began his career in the field of printed circuits (Circo Craft / Via Système) mainly for the mobile telephony (Motorola) as well as the automotive (Chrysler and GM) markets. He held the positions of Director of Engineering to Director of Operations for the Montreal sites. He later joined the Venmar Ventilation team as Vice President of Operations where he acquired a solid experience in product development as well as LEAN manufacturing at a young age, all in a very entrepreneurial culture. He then held the position of President of VKI technology, a subsidiary of the Van Houtte group and manufacturer of Keurig coffee makers for 6 years. He returned to Venmar who became Venmar Broan NuTone Canada, North American leader in the field of residential ventilation, as Senior Vice President and President until April 2015.
Mario is currently associated with the Quebec Manufacturers Fund. The Quebec Manufacturing Fund is a capital investment fund whose mission is to optimize the growth potential of businesses in the manufacturing sector in Quebec.
An engineer by training, Mario is passionate about innovation not only at the product level but also in all of the company’s business processes. Competitive by nature, he is strongly stimulated in a results-oriented environment where growth is essential.
Mario served on the board of directors of the Institut de développement de produits du Québec. He is currently on the boards of directors of e2ip technology, Gelpac inc. as well as on the ISE Métal and Cuisine Idéale advisory committee. Mario is a director of certified companies (ASC) having completed his certificate in corporate governance from the Laval University.
