Inside Sales Agent

Under the supervision of the department director, the inside sale associate will have to create new business relationships with our current and new customers while promoting the development of new markets in the aerospace, medical and defense.

Responsibilities

  • Creates new business relationships with our current customers or new customers
  • Shares information with colleagues
  • Proposes improvements and implements new processes
  • Keeps up-to-date in current sale techniques as well as in e2ip technologies
  • Shares knowledge and information with colleagues
  • Sollicits current B&C customers for new products and develop new markets
  • Introduces and promotes new opportunities for our current customers
  • Responds to requests made by potential customers
  • Research specific markets according to e2ip’s technologies development strategy
  • Solicits new prospects to generate new sales
  • Maintain database
  • Tranfers the appropriate information to customer service
Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service related to the new technologies industries
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social networks
  • Ability to understand the customer and the ways e2ip technologies can help them through their technological tools
  • Good understanding of basic techniques related to sales and customer service
