I enjoy my role because it allows me to collaborate with colleagues from a variety of departments and backgrounds, including manufacturing engineering, design engineering, purchasing, quoting, quality, sales, and planning. We are able to use our diverse expertise to find solid solutions for our customers.
Our Technology team is focused on driving innovation and operational excellence in multiple domains such as Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and IT. They work to ensure that our products and solutions are designed and implemented to the highest standards. They are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and technologies, and are always willing to take on new challenges.
Our manufacturing team is focused on operational excellence and is responsible for managing and optimizing the processes and systems in our three manufacturing and design centers (Canada, US and Morocco). We are convinced that by maintaining high standards and best practices in our operations, we can deliver innovative products to our customers on time and on budget.
Our finance team is dedicated on achieving operational excellence by delivering precise and prompt financial data, as well as handling our financial assets judiciously. They put forth great effort to guarantee that our financial systems and procedures are both streamlined and productive.
Our Talent & Culture team is committed to attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Their mission is to be an active partner, who subscribes to the philosophy of the best employers and who provides global HR solutions and strategies in order to support the growth and the continuous development of e2ip.

Our Marketing & Communication team is committed to promoting our innovative human-machine interface technologies.
